Lloyd & Sarah
It feels like forever since my last post, even though it was only a few days ago. I’ve been crazy busy trying to get ready for the big switch to the new look James Day Photography.
The web developer Peter Curtis is currently sitting next to me working at putting the design that Storm Creative put together and turning it into a website! It’s going to be big and bright with lots of movement and lots of energy. I can’t wait to show everyone.
Well.. what’s news.. hmm.. This morning I went to the Armidale City Public School fete and watched my 7 year old nephew Christopher do a dance for everyone. I wish I took my camera because it was so cute. Last night my sister Julia and I hung out together as we don’t see each other enough.. and she is still clueless as to why a girl like Lauren would go for a guy like me.. and so I started to rattle off a list of reasons as to why I was a good catch.. I made them all up! 
This afternoon Lloyd and his gorgeous fiancee Sarah had their engagement session with me. I’m going to make a very big statement.. but I believe these are my favourite engagement photos ever! We did all of the photos around the grounds of the University of New England. I’ve known Lloyd for years, as we used to be in the same band together (Ignition) and we actually have something else in common.. but I probably shouldn’t share that info.. he might kill me.
Lloyd and Sarah are getting married in Manilla (near tamworth) on the 30th of June this year. Can’t wait for that wedding! Enjoy the snaps!

I’m guessing you mean The Becker, or Jessica Claire. They’re the best, so I do get alot of inspiration from them. They rock.
I’m also loving the crisp and clean images.. i’m doing a fair few engagement sessions over the next month, and judging by the last few, they should be good!!

Wow, So happy for Lloyd and Sarah. The photo’s are great. Lloyd and I worked together a while back and it is great to see such a big smile on his face. I guess that is what a chick can do.
