Terri & Mick
Rain, Snow, Wind… all was imminent.. but when Terri stepped out to marry her husband, the skies cleared and the sun shone through to take a peek at the gorgeous bride who took all of our breath away!
Yesterday, Terri and Mick were married in Armidale before their closest family and friends at a beautiful ceremony which was officiated by Stephen Goldsmith.
The girls got ready at Tuscan Elegance, which is a bridal and formal wear shop. I remember speaking to Terri approximately 2 years ago and I believe she bought her dress then.. talk about getting in early. I remember she told me that having a nice dress, and nice photos were of huge importance to her. Well.. I’m glad to say you got your wish. Your photos rock, sister!
Mick, the groom is one cool calm collected individual. I know another man quite like you…. You’re identical twin brother.. who wreaked havoc with my mind the whole day! I had so much trouble telling you guys apart, but thank goodness for that mole that I was able to look for to tell who was who.
Speaking of Twins, I am about to go shoot an engagement session for the identical twin of a bride who’s wedding I photographed last year. I believe they changed their wedding date so I was able to be a part of it, and the best man has had to change his date of being posted overseas in the army.. wow.. I seriously can’t believe it when people change their wedding date for me.. but it happens so often it’s weird!
Also, thank you to Karen who travelled from Inverell to come along and learn how it’s all done. Remember, real wedding day photography training costs $350 and we can cover pricing, branding, marketing, shooting, posing and lighting. I have limited spaces left for the end of the year so contact me soon to get in before i’m all full up.
Time for photos!
I really love when brides have something in their hair (I have no idea what they’re called, but Im sure there is a name)
24 Hours till I leave this cold cold town and head to warmer weather on the other side of the world for 3 months!

Thats a great image James! I can’t wait to see the rest…. I had a great day working with you and learned so much, thanks for all your advice!
James,
These are all absolutely gorgeous shots. I must say I am a fan of the old style shots - it is beautiful. Anyway, have fun on the other side of the world. We will all miss you. Have a great time. Can’t wait to hear about all of your adventures.

James, these are amazing.
I can hardly pick a favourite from just these few. If pushed I would say the Alpaca shot of Mick & I. I can’t wait to see the rest.
Safe travels. love, t.
Your work is just amazing. That is all I can say… Indeed, you’ve sold me with the whole video light… Imma gonna go find me one..
Definitely love the video light too. Georgeous shots. By the way, the hair thingy is called a “fascinater” and it obviously does…fascinate you, that is.. And why not?..love the way you capture it!
