Canon Customer Service SUCKS!!!
So, as I mentioned the other day, I took my camera in to get a cosmetic detail fixed. I had a crack on the back screen. I also took some lenses in that needed repair. I was promised they would be done by today, and they’re not, and worse of all, they said that I am not allowed to pick up the gear until it’s completed, which could be another 2 weeks away. What a load of BS! I proposed that I pick up the gear (which all still works) and drop it back when the parts arrive. Canon, It’s War!

UPDATE: THEY SURRENDERED THE CAMERA, AND WILL HAVE THE LENSES BACK TO ME BY FRIDAY. A BIT OF COMPLAINING GOES A LONG WAY IT SEEMS.

Ugh - I have learnt that it’s definitely the squeaky wheel that gets the oil. Good for you rescuing your poor camera and shame on them for holding it all hostage.
