Julia & Mick (hunter valley wedding)

4 Nov 2008

Upon returning from Hawaii, the next day (friday) Lauren and I travelled to the Hunter Valley to photograph Julia & Mick’s Wedding, and what a wedding it was. It would have to go down in the history books as one of the most exquisite locations for a wedding ceremony and reception.

The flowers were absolutely perfect, thanks to the team at Floral Affects and Event Hire, the Celebrant Philip Greentree did a really cool scottish themed ceremony, with the traditional hand tying with a ribbon and the reception was perfectly coordinated by Megan from Roberts Restaurant.

Lauren actually took some of the photos below. If you mouse over the thumbnail, a text box will appear with the info about the shot.. and the ones that Lauren took will have her credited!

Julia and Mick, thanks for a fun day together, and I’m really looking forward to getting in and designing your wedding album this week. I’ve looked through all the shots and they’re looking awesome!

  16. Thanks Folks. It really is amazing having Lauren there with me when I shoot. I love her company and the inspiration I draw from her. Yes, Lauren could be competition, or someone who strengthens what I do, so that my clients get an even richer experience.
